PrintOne is a simple start-up document (INIT) which will add a PrintOne menu item to the File menu. It does this when a Print menu item already exists in the File menu. PrintOne will add the menu item for most applications but not all. For those applications it does not add a PrintOne menu item, holding down the option key while selecting the File menu will change the Print menu item to a PrintOne menu item.
When PrintOne is selected, it simply skips the Print dialog and prints a single copy of the document using the standard default settings.
PrintOne is free. Feel free to copy it and give it to anyone who wants the convenience of printing just one copy of a document without the print dialog. If you do, please keep this Read Me file along with it so that others know how to contact CRA Z.
